We’ve got a couple of items from this guy before, all very nice. We got nice (new & used) stuff for reasonable prices. He’s friendly, helpful, easy to work w/, not pushy & seems willing to go a little extra distance to help ppl. Most parts in stock. Def check this place out before spending an arm & leg somewhere else.

Bill’s City Appliance Repair is AWESOME! My freezer stopped working, I called before they opened so I left a message before they opened. They got right back to me soon after opening and fit me in that day to come check it out (I live on Bainbridge Island). Bill explained my freezer’s problem very clearly but with good details. He’s VERY knowledgeable! He then gave me a good estimate of repair versus replacement, and Bill knew exactly which brands were made by whom, and which ones he saw the most trouble with. The cost of their service call and diagnosis was competitive for this area. I’m putting Bill’s City Appliance Repair into my Contacts and will call them with all my appliance problems in the future!
